This 2-day course focuses on the clinical application of piezoelectric surgery and guided tissue regeneration (GBR) in endodontic microsurgery.
The biological and physical principles of piezoelectric surgery will be thoroughly explained, followed by a detailed analysis of its indications and advantages in endodontic microsurgical procedures. Particular emphasis will be placed on the Bony Lid technique, highlighting its role in bone preservation and predictable healing.Special attention will be given to the management of complex anatomical situations, including proximity to the maxillary sinus and neurovascular structures, where precision and safety are paramount.
In addition, the course will provide an evidence-based overview of biomaterials, focusing on their appropriate selection and clinical indications in various defect configurations. Different grafting scenarios will be discussed and practiced, allowing participants to understand when and how regenerative approaches can enhance surgical outcomes.
By the end of this intensive training, participants will be able to:
Membrane stabilization using fixation pins
